    Detailed Itinerary:

    Day 1: Dar Es Salaam/Mikumi National Park
    Morning at 07:00 hrs pick up from the place of staying in Dar Es Salaam hotel and drive to Mikumi National Park. The park shares a common boundary with Selous Game Reserve to the South forming a vast track of protected wilderness. Lunch will be at Kikoboga Camp or Morogoro Town depends on traffic. In the afternoon we will have game viewing drive in the park around the hippo pools (Kisungura Circuit). Most animal can be seen coming down to drink at water holes and the Hippo Pools from time to time but the stars of the show will always be the hippos themselves. Dinner and overnight will be at Tanapa Cottage.

    Day 2: Mikumi National Park
    Today you will have full day of game viewing drives around Mikumi. There is a rich variety bird species as well as large numbers of giraffes, buffaloes and elephants close to the water holes also lions, leopards and hippos. Furthermore you can see zebras, lions, wild dogs, pythons, hartebeest, wildebeest, elephants, impala, warthog, eland and other antelopes. Several observation towers enable you to overview the park in its entirety. Mikumi National Park is mostly miombo woodland with gently rolling hills. Dinner and overnight will be at Tanapa Cottage.

    Day 3: Mikumi National Park/Dar es Salaam 
    After an early morning breakfast we will go for another game viewing drive in the park, common animal to be seen are giraffes, elephants, buffaloes, impalas, lion, elands, wildebeest, zebras and troops of baboon entertaining to watch and are common in the park. The lucky visitor may see the occasional thrilling view of a leopard or sable antelopes with their impressive sweeping horns are sometimes glimpsed in the woodland. Wild dogs are an endangered species found in the park from time to time although sightings of them are extremely rare and rewarding. In the afternoon drive back to Dar es Salaam, where you will arrive late evening and drop off at the place of staying or airport.
